£120 – £250 per week depending on the time of year and duration of stay (attractive rates for longer stays)

1. £100.00 deposit is required on booking; the balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement. The full cost is due on booking if commencement is less than 8 weeks. Bookings can only be regarded as firm, when the full deposit has been received and written confirmation given.
2. The property will be available to let from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and cease at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Unless prior consent has been given by the owners.
3. The owners are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal possessions or personal accident whilst on the premises.
4. The hirer will take all reasonable care of the property and its contents and will leave equipment, furnishings, utensils etc. in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
5. Upon arrival a deposit of £150.00, returnable upon departure, providing the property and its contents are left in a clean and tidy condition.
6. The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakage, damage or exceptional cleaning by any member of the group.
7. The Property is let on the basis that no right to remain in the property exists by the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him.
8. In the event of cancellation the deposit is not returnable, and within 8 weeks of commencement the full cost will be charged.

We do not offer holiday insurance and clients are advised to make their own arrangements as appropriate.

9. No smoking is allowed in the accommodation.
10. No pets are to be allowed into the property.
11. We do not expect to have to make changes to your booking but occasionally problems occur. If a significant change should occur then we will contact the party leader as soon as reasonably practical and where possible offer alternative accommodation. In cases where there is no suitable alternative or this is not acceptable to the party leader then we will refund any monies paid.
12. We make a reasonable effort to provide accurate information regarding the accommodation and to ensure that this is accurate at the date provided. If you have specific questions then please make these known at the time of booking. We constantly aim to maintain and improve the standards offered and hence some minor differences may be found. If significant changes are made then we will tell the party leader of this soon after we are aware. We can accept no responsibility if any attractions mentioned on the web site or brochure material are changed or not available.
13. You must allow the owner and their representatives (including workmen) access to the property at reasonable times during your occupation, in case of emergency the owner is entitled to enter the property without giving notice
